Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Delayed Menstruation

Hi, i have regular period and 28 days cycle But this month 3 days missed of my period. And i have lower abdomanal pain. I thought its period siganal But my period didnt come yet. i had done unprotected sex on 29 june night and 22 july night. My period date was 23 june and 23 july morning i found negative hcg test. So i am pregnant or not? What are the reason of these symptoms missed period , negative hcg test, and sharp lower abdominal pain? What should i do...? I dont want to pregnant.

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. I feel your worry. Please note that unless you have taken a blood pregnancy test then I wouldn't rule out the possibility of being pregnant. I f you are really worried and must know you need to have a lab draw your blood and check the bHCG that way. I hope this helps, thank you and good luck.
