Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain

I m 75 yrs. old, or young and have just developed lower abdominal pain (dull ache) and lower back pain(dull). What could cause this? 3 days a week I do floor work excerises and lying on my back I lift my feet and toes as high as I can using both hands to support the lower back. I then, in a very controlled movement lower my toes (with legs straight) far beyond my head. Could I have twisted the intestines in such a way as to cause pain? Know that I have done this same exercise for several years and never had problems. This pain has been with me for about 1 1/2 weeks.
