Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain After Every Meal

I m not sure where to start. I have had two surgeries in the part to remove scar tissue. The last time I had a small bowel obstruction. Since July, I ve had diverticulitis symptoms but they are not going away with an antibiotic like they have had in the past. I started with this two days ago. I took Augmentin and Flagyl as well as pain med. I only had liquids after breakfast on Sunday and all day Monday. I became nauseated last night and vomited twice after taking Augmentin and jello. No fever was present. During the day, I had several bowel movements. No fever today either. Just feel week. Today, I had one scrambled egg, one pancake and tonight one cup of butternut soup. I m still feeling intermitten pain very low on both sides. My big question is since this doesn t seem to go totally away as in the past, how do I know it s not ovaries or something else? Is there blood work or some test that I could get to determine what the problem is? Some kind of CT scan or something? I m not sure which type of doctor to go to?

If you have had diverticulosis you need to watch your diet and avoid small seeds .Also need to have a high fiber diet with low of irritants. Other possibilities as scar tissue and ovarian problems can cause pain but not related to meals/ CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis will help to find the cause of the pain/
