Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Discomfort With Gas And Pain
I have lower abdominal discomfort with gas, pain that increases with eating. I had pain while having intercourse last sunday as well. It was a deep pain. I am passing a lot of gas. I wonder if it is diverticulitis since i was diagnosed via colonoscopy early last year. We have had a snow storm so I cannot see my doctor. There are some spasm like pains. It is not really painful but persistent and concerning. I am also going out of town this weekend but will change plans as needed. What should i do?

Such symptoms of flatulent could be due to intestinal infection and may be associated with hyperacidity and this can be best managed with the medicine give, eat some fiber containing diet, drink more water,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day
2) Tab omeprazole 40 mg once in day
3) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
