Normal sperm count is 20-200 mL/mL, with motility of more than 50%. With this sperm count you may became father so don't worry. You may use tablet Nano Leo twice daily for one month.
Avoid alcohol and smoking. Do regular exercise, if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
