Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever

After feeling very lethargic for months I had my blood teated. My red blood count is 2.65 My platelets are 50 My hemoglobin is 9.6 That was from blood taken 4 days ago. Since then I developed Strep throat and after 3 doses of antibiotic I still have a very low fever (99.2) and feel weak. They are sending me to a hemotologist

You definitely need a consultation from a hematologist. Your cell counts and Hemoglobin levels are low. So we have to see the function of bone marrow cell production, peripheral blood film etc just to list some of them. He will run a battery of tests to see whats going on inside.
Please don't get late, because it may be due to a serious illness which needs a prompt response.
