Suggest Treatment For Low-grade Fever And Nausea While Having Sinusitis

Hi, A month ago my sinuses started to feel full and cause discomfort when bending over. I ve had a low grade fever and nausea present in waves for the last two weeks. When it spikes I feel weak, sweaty, very warm to touch, extreme nausea, and headache. Nothing has changed in my diet or lifestyle. Recently I ve had a post nasal drip only at night.

Fever is a symptom of an underlying disease. There are many causes of fever such as respiratory tract infection, malaria, typhoid, infectious mononucleosis, TB, dengue etc.
Advice
1.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral for 7 days
2.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
3.     Omeprazole 20 mg once daily per oral empty stomach for 7 days
4.     Domperidone 10 mg per oral when you feel nausea
5.     Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight
6.     Investigations – CBC, ESR, Widal test, blood smear for malarial parasite, and dengue NS1 antigen
Consult a doctor with reports if fever is not relieved by above measures.
