I am a 48 year old woman, 5'3 163 lbs that has put on weight (vegetarian and work out regularly) and been fatigued and we checked for thyroid issues. those numbers were normal, Should I see an Endocrinologist about the glucose and fatigue?

Dear sir i can understand your concerns
in my opinion this kind of repeated low sugars need to be evaluated for conditions like increased insulin secretion from pancreas or any other source.
usually blood sugar going below 50mg/dl is very dangerous to brain as 90% of brain depends on glucose for daily energy needs.

Low blood sugars also affect heart rate to become irregular.which will give feeling of tiredness
kindly do blood test like fasting insulin essay and C-peptide essay
this investigations might guide us towards diagnosis.

kindly give her short meals with complex carbohydrates.
meet endocrinologist
