hi
until your heart rate is under control you do not have to worry about your atrial fibrillation.
please continue with the ecosprin and metaprolol daily
regarding the pain what you have described it is purely cervical neuropathic pain
all these symptoms of numbness ,hot and cold sensation are due to the neuropathy.
these are chronic pains, usually cannot be cured completely.
please use a soft cervical collar on the neck, practise slow physiotherapy neck exercises under supervision.
you can start with pregablin or gabapentin added with methylcobal which helps drastically for these neuropathic pains.
all the best
take care
