Suggest Treatment For Low Back Pain After Injury

I have fallen from two wheeler three days back. Now, I am suffering from pain low back over the coccyx area. So, to treat COCCYX problem, doctor prescribed me VELOZ D for 10 days daily one capsule. I am using one capsule early morning empty stomach. has the doctor prescribed correct medicine. please let me know.
