Suggest Treatment For Low Amniotic Fluid And High BP During Pregnancy

my misses is an minor thalassemia patient having haemoglobin 9.8 . she is n 34months pregnant now suffering with fetoplacental insufficiency. initially she is admitted when her BP is above 130 then notice low amniotic fluid in boundary line and now on USG it shows fetoplacental insufficiency. what to do from my side that is what to give in dietdiet etc.

*Give low salt diet..salt shoul not be taken in excess..
*No extra salt in Paratha.. chapati..rice..butter milk..salads.
*Avoid..chutneys..Pickles..sausages..preservativesused food.
*She should have complete bed rest..
*Ask her to feel foetal movements..at least 6 times in an hour should move in side mother's womb.
*Measure blood pressure daily twice a day..once in morning and another evening
*Take frequent advice of gynecologist.Follow her everytime.
