Suggest Treatment For Low Testosterone Levels

Dear Sir, My age is 30, Weight - 75 kg, Height - 5ft 6 inches and I am suffering with Low Testosterone levels and I am not getting sufficient erections. I went to an Andrologist and first he asked me to get my Semen test done as I have some Variocele. Is this Variocele related to Low testosterone levels? Should I approach an Endocrinologist instead of an Andrologist as my main problem is Low testosterone levels? Please let me know.

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully your concern and understood your query.
As many as 15 percent of men have varicoceles, masses of enlarged and dilated veins in the testicles. There is new evidence that varicoceles, long known to be a cause of male infertility, interfere with the production of testosterone.
So it is very important to treat varicocele in order to correct the testosterone level.
Andrologist has more experience with varicocele than endocrinologist.
It will be a pleasure to answer further questions in the future.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
