Suggest Treatment For Low BP In Pregnancy

Hello, I m 25 , overweight and I m 34 weeks pregnant today, I ve been fasting for the past 3 days for Ramadan, it s the peek of summer in here very long hot days-16 hours-, since yesterday i ve been dizzy, i have bad headaches and some blurry vision. this is my second pregnancy, i ve had high blood pressure with my first but so far every thing is good and healthy with this one.I just checked my BP before writing this it s 98/55 (which is a bit low for me) I am trying to eat healthy foods through the night and drink plenty of water but the night is so short I m not sure I m getting enough.. I could decide not to fast but It s my last option.
