I lost part of my vision in one eye, 6 days ago. I went to an eye doc, he said the eye was fine, the problem was behind the eye. He gave me a field test, and said my nasal temporal field was missing and i should see a neurologist. Do you agree with seeing a neurologist?
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having vision problem in the form of loss of a quadrant of visual field. This occurs in optic nerve problems behind the eye and require neurological evaluation. Hence your ophthalmologist is right and thus requires evaluation by a neurologist as advised by your ophthalmologist.
Thank you
