Hi doctor from last 10 days I am suffering from neck pain doctor did x ray my report said tht loss of cervical lordosis due to muscle spasm he gave arcoxi a with omez bcoz I have severe acid problem also I am not comfortable with all this can any other solution like physiotherapy etc. For this
