Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite

My 16 month old has had a decreasing appetite for 3 days now. He started having a fever between 100-102 today and it keeps going up and down. He will sleep for about 2 hours at a time and when he wakes he seems tired but kind of wonders around aimlessly.
