Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite And Weight Due To Methadone Addiction

I started using methadone for addiction about 6 weeks ago and have experienced loss of appetite which is causing weight loss. I understand this is a normal side effect and that I may need to go up on my 35 mg because it my not be enough. will i ever eat normal again?

First of all I thank you for considering my answer. I have to inform you that the main concern or side effect of methadone is weight gain. I can say that this lost of appetite is during the first weeks. you for sure will eat normal later. I hope i have been useful.
