Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite And Vomiting Tendency

Hello,

I am not sure but for the last few days, I am getting vomitting tendency and lost the apettite. I am feeling hungry but could not able to eat. Lost the taste of the food. I checked the blood test and the ferritin level was very low as 22. Is there anything to worry about. Kindly advise

Your query is appreciated, inflammatory disease of the GI system could be the cause and it can be due to hyperacidity, it can be due to liver infection, just to rule out the liver infection it is advisable to get done the liver function test.
If this is the hyperacidity then I would suggest try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day for three weeks, have vegetable diet, drink more water, stay away from stress
