Suggest Treatment For Loosemotions With Blood

i had undergone AVR 13 years back in India my prothrambin time and 2 D Echo is normal now a days since few days i'am suffering with loose motions with lots of blood while motions i lost 3 kgs of weight right now and also suffering with fever please help me out

Hello, welcome to healthcare magic forum,
It looks like you are you got some infection you are required to be put on some medication for infection in intestine.I usually prescribe my patients with Tab- Ciplox-TZ with ORS, and water 3-4 liters per day.If it subside then OK other wise injectibles with IV fluids.
