Suggest Treatment For Loose Stool,dizziness And Headache

i am harsh 29 years old and from today morning i am going through loose motion and i had taken introquonal 2 tabs and now its controlled but little pain occurs after 1 hr in the naval.... but when pain starts i feel likeloose motion but when i go to toilet loose motion will not come and i am feeling very dizzy and weakness what to do for this....

also from the afternoon i am having headache.... wat to do?

- drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration along with oral rehydration
salt .
- prefer to consume soft , light diet .
