General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your child might be suffering from acute diarrhea with vomiting.

The causes could be acute gastroenteritis or viral diarrhoea.

He should be tested for routine blood, electrolytes, urea, creatinine and stool (R/ M and ova)examinations.

He should be given antibiotics with anaerobic bacteria coverage (quinolones with ornidazole preferably) with antispasmodic, water and electrolyte replacements, with probiotics like lactobaccillus, racecadotril etc.

You should take him to pediatrician who can may order above investigations and prescribe treatment.

Regards,
