As per your complain loose motions or diarrhea can occur due to causes like Gastroenteritis or stomach infection, viral infection or stomach flu, parasites infection, food intolerance, side effects of certain medications, food allergies etc.. Many a times you need not to take any antibiotics or other infection medications and simple home remedies and anti diarrhea medicines will relieve.. You can start with fluid replacement therapy like drinking lots or oral rehydration solution to cover for water and electrolyte loss.. You can take anti diarrhea medicine like Loperamide.. Take banana and cereals in diet.. You can also take more of yoghurt and rice in diet.. In case if the condition worsen or there is no improvement you can consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and stool tests and advise you treatment accordingly..
