Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions

I am having loose motion last ywo days ..but duty doc has prescribed only one spirolac ...then went back nurse said it should be 2 for adult ..pls help...first day almost 15 times loose stools ..but now it has come down but loose stools still there ...pls help with advise ..

in loose motion no medication should be started immediately hydration should be maintained Spiro lac should be taken. Increase fluid intake should be increased.Normal bland veg diet can be continued.Loose motion should stop. But take sufficient fluid
