HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it could be viral infection what the medicine is give (Cinnarazine ) is correct and keep it continue if the symptoms continue more than week then it has to be brought to investigations, for the loose motion no need to take any medicine but care needs to be taken for dehydration, hope this information helps.
