Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions
My Son is having loose motion since yesterday. He is passing motion after consuming food. It is very thin and watery. He is becoming weak. We did consult a Doctor but He has advised us to give plenty of fluid and wait for some more time to give IV fluid.

It appears that your son is suffering from acute infectious enteritis for which I will suggest you to give him a course of antibiotic like ofloxacin along with a antisecretory agent like loperamide for 2 days.Meanwhile give him lots of liquid to keep his hydration level well.
