Hi im normally ok going to the toilet but the last couple of days it seems like i have the sensation to go all the time, each time i have visited the toilet i have had a poo also i have the feeling that i have to constantly break wind especially during the night can you advise me please

Dear you may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or Constipation or dysentery.

which may cause bloating and pain relived by passing stools.

avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine.

use tab.oflox ornidazole twice a day for five days, tab.normaxine twice a day for five days.if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
