Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion With Stomach Ache

Hi Doctor, Last two days I have stomach pain, When The starting time it was back pain with fever , and the same day night i am feeling stomach pain, after it as loose motion, If I eat or drink anything after few mints or hours stomech pain will start and then loose motion also,its started two days back, Still its continuing, Please give me the adivice.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of stomach pains for the last 2 days, started as back ache and then the loose motions.
Also getting loose motions within few minutes to hours after food the pain starts followed by loose stools.
As per the history you have provided, this loos to be severe form of entero-colitis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool, blood and urine tests done.
Get started a course of an antibiotic under the guidance of your Doctor.
Also get the anti-spasmodic medication, probiotic and supportive therapy of ORS solution as necessary.
You will be fine.
If there is no complete relief you need another course of antibiotic, metronidazole and further investigations of colonoscopy and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
