Suggest Treatment For Loose Bowels After Gall Bladder Removal

Hi there I had my gall bladder removed 34 yrs ago and over the years have suffered loose bowels loud noices in my abdomen taken gaviscon / omeprozole ... Last month have had rt upper quad pain now epigastric pain and chronic dyspepsia feeling of bloating unable to finish a meal a tight band feeling around my abdomen ????

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will have added benefits.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc
6.Drink lots of water daily.
