Suggest Treatment For Loose Bowel Movements And Dizziness

I'm 25 and male. I've had some loose bowl movements and been sick a few times over the last couple of weeks. After I've had a movement I sometimes feel a little dizzy. Although I don't feel unwell as such, my stomach just feels a little odd. Any thoughts?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 25 year old male, had loose bowel movements, sick a few times, over the last couple of weeks, feel dizzy and stomach feels little odd.
Your history is suggestive of recurrent problems indicating proper clinical evaluation and examination followed by investigations of stool in detail.
Also needed are tests for CBC, thyroid and liver functions.
Ultrasound helps to see for appendicitis, lymph nodes or any other inflammatory diseases. If suspected so a CT scan is then needed.
Get a course of Ranitidine, Anti-spasmodic and antibiotic with Metronidazole as indicated by the reports of investigations to get the proper curative treatment.
