Suggest Treatment For Loose BMs And Pain In The Rectum
My husband has had loose BM s last week now his rectum is in pain, he has had this problem before. He has also has bleeding after a BM, He is complaining of some much pain and discomfort in his anal and in his lower stratum area when sitting, laying down and standing up, He say he feel and almost like an shoot pain in the rectum that flows to his penis and sack area.
He may need to be evaluated for amoebic dysentary with stool analysis which may cause the same symptoms. He will be needing oral antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole along with OTC analgesics like acetaminophen. Probiotics as well as anti spasmodic like Drotaverine can also help. Oral rehydration salts and hydration should be ensured. If problem persists he may need CT abdomen and colonoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
