Your findings may suggest mildly enlarged liver with grade II fatty changes in liver.
Fatty liver is due to deposition of fat within the liver cells.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition.It usually reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
Fatty changes in liver may be due to many causes like obesity,sedentary life,hepatitis,altered
lipid profile,metabolic disorder etc.
Elevated liver enzymes like SGPT may indicate liver injury.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,alcohol intake,altered lipid profile,medicines,auto immune causes etc.
It may be due to fatty liver in your case
I suggest tablet
ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet twice daily for three months.It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You should avoid
saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
It is good that you have stopped alcohol intake and reduced your weight.
