General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Childhood liver cancers with advanced stage have very bad prognosis and the therapy is supportive only. As there is hpoproteinemia via liver failure and cirrhosis, fluid restriction, salt restriction and supportive therapy are corner stone of management to prevent further kidney damage.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
