Suggest Treatment For Lingering Pain In Ear And Tooth

i have like a lingering pain and i can t sleep or get any relief not sure if its coming from an earache or toothache, i bought over the counter ear drops and oral gel , the only way it calms down a little if i use them together, but not sure what is actually causing the pain.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain can be arising from a tooth infection that may produce radiating pain to the ear. The disturbed sleep secondary to tooth pain is a typical feature of pulpitis. So consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. If it is a tooth infection get it treated with root canal treatment. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic)
