You are having photo phobia. In your case it may be dry eye giving rise to corneal errosion.Clearify are you using contact lense or using specs for error? If using contact lense then ensure it is removed at bed time.Prolonged use may give rise to dry eye by preventing spread of tear film.Excessive use of computer can give rise to dry eye syndrome. It is for stairring gaze which in turn also results in dry eye.Lack of blinking results in spread of tear film so reduce the hour of use of computer, take a break in between and look out side through window before resuming your work.Other reasons for photo phobia may be corneal ulcer, keratites, foreign body etc.So it is to be examined by an eye doctor.
