Suggest Treatment For Light Headedness And High Blood Pressure

I have recently (over the last six weeks) began having mild light headedness periodically during the day. Yesterday I began checking my blood pressure. It is ranging between 114/67 down to 97/56. My heart rate is running 54-59 beats per minute. In the past, I have had high blood pressure, and I take water pills for the issue.
