Suggest Treatment For Light Headedness And Headache Post Head Injury
I hit my head and while I don t have a headache, I feel a little light headed. I am always dizzy because I have Acoustic Neuroma. Using ice and resting also took Ibuprofen. Any suggestions beyond that. I am caring for my husband who has stage 4 brain cancer. Hospital is not an option.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and avoiding things that may dehydrate you like alcohol and caffeine. If you develop a headache or mental status changes you may need to see a doctor.
