Suggest Treatment For Light Chest Pain

i have heart disease and angina. i am having light chest pain and my doctor prescribed isosorbide and lipitor that i take once a day. he also prescribed nitroglycerin for when i have chest pain. i have never taken yet but these pains have been with me for around an hour now. should i take it now.

If you feel your pain is severe, with or without sweating jaw pain , left shoulder pains; and with a history of angina, tke the nitroglycerin and meanwhile rush to the emergency room for further management.
