really.i have lichen sclerosis on my penis.also i have had my eurethra moved lower due to strictures.been on every cortisone cream known to man.right now i am trying this cream called emuaid.cant take the itching anymore,been 10 yrs.i need someone to help me. everytime i go to my dermatologist,he says nothing we can do.i am from canada and really cant afford anything right now.i know your going to say go get a 2nd opinion.i have

The treatment options for lichen sclerosus include topical potent steroid cream like clobetasol along with topical tacrolimus ointment. Oral Vitamin E capsules may also be used. Emolients containing liquid paraffin can be applied over the affected area. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
