Suggest Treatment For Lethargy Inspite Of Taking Antibiotics For UTI

My eldery mother in law was recently hospitalized with a urinary tract infection. She was on antibiotics for about a week afterwards, I have noticed since she s been out of the hospital, she s been very lethargic. She has been informing us she is always tired, she has been consistently laying down a lot during the day and going to bed very early at night. She was taken off two medications, one was for blood pressure and the other was oral pills for diabetes. Along with the UTI, she also was hospitalized for low blood sugar. We did notice a week before being hospitalized that she was becoming lethargic, so we believed it was just based on the infection, so we are wondering why she is still having issues now, two weeks after she was treated and released from the hospital. During the day she has been eating her lunches laying down on the couch, since released from the hospital as well, she seems to not even want to sit up to eat her lunches. Before her hospitalization, we never had issues with her being this lethargic.
