I have had swollen lymph nodes in my right groin for a couple days now, but today it started hurting down my leg, and it looks to me like it s through my tendon. I don t have any significant cuts on my leg at the moment. I have been doing physical exercise focusing on my legs a lot recently. I am 16 and male.
