Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Ankle Stiffness

During the winter I worked a lot sitting down and my ankles were swollen. My ankles are fine now but it seems that my calfes are very sensitives and I feel the pain going up. It seems that my nerves in the left foot are very tight. I can walk but if I tense my leg I can feel a pull and my ankle feels stiff. I sleep with my feet elevated. I did leg exercises in the pool and swam but do not see any change. What should I do?

Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. You can get your vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 test done. Till then treatment of it is EvionLC, Calcium and Mecobalamine. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You should also consider for thyroid and diabetes and investigate for the same. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
