Suggest Treatment For Leg And Back Pain

I was walking in a department store and turn left on an IsleI &my feet went out from under me and I fell on my left hip since then in the bend of my back it hurts real bad to get up or down I limp when im walking it hurts left right at the bend of my back but feels real deep.I cant even step backward in my left foot my back wont let me.I sit in the car and have to pick my leg up and put in car cause it jurtd to raise it normally.its been about 12-14 days ago I fell.?
