Suggest Treatment For Large Lumps On The Scrotum

large lumps on scrotum not testicles. Two seam infected ? one under right testicle is large and flat feeling
about 1'' in length . Scrotum over all seams feels swelled .Today I feel fatigued and week too ...though I have not slept to well in a couple days due to discomfort

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The lumps on the scrotum are multiple sebaceous cysts and one of them have got infected but also spread the infection to the surrounds so much that you have constitutional symptoms.
I would advise you in such a case the following:
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally.
You need a good antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines for which you have to see a Doctor, preferably a Surgeon as you may need incision and drainage or excision of the dead tissues.
