I fell about a week ago hiking. I went to urgent care and the Dr said it was nothing but a bad bruise (on the right shin) and a sprained ankle (right ankle). The ankle is doing better, but I m worried about the bruise. It has expanded the entire length of my lower leg. The is a non-bruised area right in the center over my shin when it has been numb since my fall. Should I return to the Dr or is this just part of the healing process?
