Suggest Treatment For Large Blisters And Ringworm On Foot

My son appeared with 3 large blisters on his foot. One 2 under toe and one on side of foot with little blisters... It also appeared he had ringworm on top of the foot. I have been putting antifungal and antibiotic cream on it but it is getting worse...

Based upon the description he needs to be examined by the dermatologist so that he can be properly dealt. avoid using soap and water to the blisters. he may need systemic antibiotics and antifungal agents.
