Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Some extent of knock knees can be corrected or managed by wearing orthoses or adequate foot wear. You didn't mention your age. Ifpatientatie child then corrcorrection will be more easy. Calcium , vitamin D deficiency and scurvy can be the cause in such case. Supplementation of those will be helpful also. A consultation with orthopedician is well appreciated for diagnosing the condition and for proper management. If you are an adult and there is severe genu valgum then surgeries like corrective osteotomy will be required.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
