Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain
Taking Rozavel F 5 for the last 2 yrs, age 61 yrs. Normal BP & sugar, Thyroid, LFT etc . Taking as advised by the Doctor for little bit higher LDL & Triglycerid. Overall Cholesoteral was about 170-180. After taking Rozavel F % , everything has come down. Recently I am facing knee problem . after X-ray , it was noticed that mild Osteoarthritic changes of both knee joint & both patello-femoral joint Otherwise I am strong & weight is also normal as per height. Pl suggest/ advise

for knee problem see a physiotherapist for excercises, hot fomentation.Do some walking without straining much and use knee cap or support during walks.Mild pain tabs like acetaminophen shall help like tylenol
