Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that it can be due to following causes.
1.Muscle weakness
2.infection
3.Graft failure
I would suggest you to meet your doctor and get your self examined. if there is only muscle weakness than it will be good after physio so you should keep doing muscles strengthening.
If you are suspecting infection than it can be confirmed by blood investigations.
At last if there is graft failure than along with graft failure you will feel laxity and loss of balance.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
