Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

good morning doctor before 2 years my fibroid operation had occured in march after that i have an knee pain and i consult with doctor he said you have a greesing problem in knees but i am only 38 years old doctor i want to ask is this problem can be healed permanently or temporarily and which type of medicine can i take so that my problem can be ok permanently

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.After going through your query I think You are suffering from osteoarthritis of both knee joint as your doctor said that you have a greasing problem. You need further investigation by x ray of both knee joints in standing position. Analgesics such as diclofenac slow release tablets is helpful in pain relief. Diacerinre and glucosmine sulfate protect cartilage from breakdown and help in cartilage regeneration.Quadriceps exercises is started after pain relief.Serum vitamin D test is advised and if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required.You can discuss with your treating doctor.I do hope that you have found something helpful.
