THere occurs continuous bleeding on my left knee and due to it the joint is almost damaged. Now I cant bent my knee and walk much. A permanent limbing is there. Allopathic pain killers give me temporary relief. I had taken a lot of kashayas and ayurvedic tablets for this . I have been suffering this for the last five years. Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion.
Along with MRI we will also need weight bearing knee X ray to see for joint space reduction.
Due to old injury to knee there is early degeneration of knee joint.

Life style changes will help in reducing pain which include,
ACTIVITY MODIFICATION -It is important to maintain as much activity and joint motion as possible, but impact activities will aggravate arthritis. Running and jumping will often accelerate cartilage loss from the joint. The key is to focus on low impact activities, such as swimming or cycling.
USING CANES: Assistive devices can make it easier to go about your day without stressing your painful joint. A cane may take weight off your knee or hip as you walk. Carry the cane in the hand opposite the leg that hurts.

Yoga ,pranayama and meditation will help you lot without any side effect.
JOINT REPLACEMENT may not be successful in hemophilia.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
